Beach Cottage Rooms

All rooms are modern, light and spacious with large windows looking directly to the sea. All rooms have full sized bathrooms with baths and showers. There are Televisions in all large rooms with Free-view and recording facilities. There is a digital television with DVD player in the single room.

We have small efficient fridges in all rooms with fresh milk for your tea and coffee and there are courtesy trays in every room.

There is often cakes and scones or similar delicacies in the afternoons, complements of the house. Each room has a hair dryer for the convenience of guests and an iron and ironing board is available on request. there is a selection of books and videos/DVD's available for your use also.

2011 Rates

Rates are Per Person, and the rate is the same whichever of the rooms is booked.

1 night  45.00 per person
2 nights 40.00 per person
3-6 nights 35.00 per person and
7 nights or more 32.00 per person
Children under 12 will be charged at two thirds of adult rate
Children over 12 will be charged at full rate
Single Occupancy of any double or twin room will be 55.00

During the Spring/Summer and Autumn we would prefer not to do one night stays.
